Letter from the Baron de Marinville, to Abraham Louis Breguet, dated from Cassel, January 31, 1810. Marinvillewais maître de la garde-robe of the king of Westphalia, Jerôme Bonarparte. His duties included the care of the King's watches. He asks Breguet to replace a glass on a watch and to send it to the jeweler Nitot for further work.

Letter to Louis Breguet from M. Schumacher, Altona, 1829, 8 pages. An important account on performance of Breguet's astronomical clock No. 3405 taken between Oct. 21, 1822 and Nov. 20, 1827. Schumacher bought the clock on June 19, 1820 for 1200 francs. It was an important regulator from a series of three pieces. Schumacher was one of the most important Breguet clock collectors, and bought at least twenty pieces.

Very fine and rare center seconds, 18K pink gold and ruby gentleman's wristwatch with a painted enamel dial and an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe tiled bracelet. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe leather crocodile effect box and an Extract from the Archives.

A letter from Etienne de Montgolfier (1745-1799) to Abraham Louis Breguet, dated 23 messidor VI (July 11, 1798) concerning Breguet's constant force escapement, and a drawing of the escapement that Montgolfier had done. The Montgolfier brohers, Joseph Michel and Étienne Jacques were pioneers in hot-air balloon flight. The first hot-air balloon was launched in the marketplace of Annonay. The Montgolfiers carried out the next experiment at Versailles, where a large audience includ-ing Louis XVI and Marie Antionette admired their balloon as it ascended, carrying a sheep, a cock, and a duck. The flight lasted eight-minutes and the balloon ascended to a height of approximately 3 km.
